Hi Friends, I started this blog a year ago with the intention of sharing my paper craft projects with all of you. For several reasons I've neglected my blog and really haven't shared much of anything and for that I'm truly sorry. With that being said I hope to start sharing my love for paper, inks and stamps. Of course with Summer being right around the corner, everyone is busy enjoying the outdoors and getting our yards spruced up, planting our flower beds and planning outdoor activities including myself. So my plan is to at least post something twice a week. I promise to at least try to be consistent. To kick off the warmer weather and Spring I thought I would share this card with you... I used a punch to create the flowers and a die for the leaves. I embossed the background using a stencil and running it through the big shot like an embossing folder. I added some pearls  and stamped the sentiment.

Important Anouncement

Hi Friends... The above announcement was posted by Fun Stampers Journey on their Facebook page yesterday.   I am passing it on to all of you so that you are aware of the changes within the company. Richard Garay has been a major inspiration for me during my time as a Journey Coach.    He will be greatly missed.   He has inspired so many of us.   Keeping Richard and his family in our thoughts and prayers.   Thank you, Richard, for all that you did for us as Coaches. I love FSJ's Products they are top notch in my opinion but as a paper crafter, I love many products. Though I have a couple of people in my group, we all do this as a hobby. In the past I have refrained from posting projects using other products however, I love to make pretty things and I love to use all kinds of products from many companies. Today is a new day with all kinds of possibilities...I will be sharing my projects and starting up card classes ...

ITTY BITTY'S

Image
Hi Friends... So what are Itty Bitty's??? Simply said, handmade embellishments for your cards or scrapbook pages. I made these using the Tea Time Stamp Set. I stamped and heat embossed with Whip Cream Ink and White EP.  On the three cups I stamped two of the cups and fussy cut and glued them to the top of each cup. The third cup was die cut with the matching die set. The three cups have glitter on them which you can't see in the picture but it is oh so sparkly and so do the mini flowers. I punched out and edged the ends of the flower petals in whip cream ink added some journey glaze around the edges with my finger and added glitter with a pearl in the middle. I also added foam squares to the backs and adhered to clear c/s, so when the recipient receives it they can use it on their project. It really does look much prettier in real life, because it's a rainy cloudy day here, I can't seem to get a good picture. Everything is packaged in a clear envelope with ...
